MMDA sets rerouting scheme for Independence Day

MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said some roads will be closed in Manila to give way to the celebration of the country’s 126th Independence Day on June 12.

From 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., the following roads will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic: Roxas Blvd – from TM Kalaw to P. Burgos; and from Ma. Orosa to Roxas Blvd. westbound.
