MANILA, Philippines — Cloud formations due to the frontal system have been spotted over Northern Luzon bringing rain in the area as hot weather would continue to prevail in most parts of the country due to the easterlies, the state-run weather agency said on Tuesday.
Weather specialist Rhea Torres of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said they have not monitored any tropical cyclone or low pressure area entering the country’s area of responsibility in the coming days.
