MANILA, Philippines — The country may continue to expect hot weather amid the rainy season due to monsoon breaks, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration said on Thursday.
Pagasa said in its 5 a.m. advisory that the southwest monsoon locally known as “habagat” briefly waned but would likely re-emerge early next week.
