Archie Alemania Denies Rita Daniela’s Claims in Counter-Affidavit

Archie Alemania has officially responded to the complaint filed against him by Rita Daniela. She accused him of an act of lasciviousness, which is a serious allegation.

On Tuesday, Alemania and his lawyer, Atty. Ameir Muksan, went to the Bacoor Hall of Justice. They submitted a counter-affidavit, which is a legal document where Alemania denied all of Daniela’s claims. This is part of an ongoing investigation to find out what really happened.

Even though reporters wanted to ask questions, Alemania and his lawyer did not give any comments. The prosecutor in charge of the case confirmed that Alemania strongly denies everything Daniela has accused him of.

Daniela’s lawyer, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, was also there. She explained that they’re doing everything they can to make sure Rita and Archie don’t meet face-to-face during the process.
“This is to protect Rita’s mental health,” Atty. Maggie said. “Victims of these types of crimes, or even alleged victims, often go through a lot of trauma. It’s my job to make sure she feels safe and supported.”

Atty. Maggie also shared that Daniela is still struggling emotionally and said, “She’s not OK yet.”

What’s next? Daniela will be giving her response to Alemania’s counter-affidavit on December 17.

This case is still developing, and both sides are waiting for the court to decide. Stay tuned for updates as the investigation continues.
