President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. said that he doesn’t believe the relationship between the Philippines and the United States will change under President-elect Donald Trump. He explained that the US has been Manila’s oldest treaty partner, so he expects things to stay the same unless something big happens. Marcos also mentioned that he looks forward to working with Trump on many issues that benefit both countries, which have a long history of working together and sharing common goals.
