VALENZUELA Mayor Weslie “Wes” Gatchalian said on Monday that the city has started giving bivalent Covid-19 booster doses to health workers and senior citizens.
Gatchalian said the Department of Health allocated 2,250 bivalent doses for the A1 and A2 population.
“We hope to get more allocations from the DoH so that we can be able to administer to a bigger number of the population in the city,” he said.
He urged his constituents to get the free booster dose and be more protected against Covid-19.
