Sandro Muhlach sends more documents to NBI over complaint; hotel rep submits CCTV footage

Sandro Muhlach on Tuesday submitted more documents to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in relation to the criminal complaint he filed against two independent contractors of GMA Network.

As seen in Nelson Canlas’s report on “24 Oras,” Tuesday, the 23-year-old was accompanied by his father, former child star Niño Muhlach. Niño also gave his official statement to the NBI.

A representative from the hotel where the incident allegedly took place also submitted CCTV footage after the NBI issued a subpoena.

The father and son had no statement about the case and those involved, but Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque confirmed that her clients, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, were the subjects of the complaint.

She also confirmed that they received the copy of the subpoena issued by the NBI Public Corruption Division setting the hearing for the investigation on August 9.

Sandro earlier filed a formal complaint before the GMA Network against Nones and Cruz after rumors spread online about the son of an actor who was allegedly violated by two men.

GMA Network Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes confirmed that the two were placed in preventive suspension after Sandro filed the complaint. An independent body was also constituted to conduct the formal and impartial investigation.
