K-pop star Rosé from Blackpink and Filipino-American singer Bruno Mars have just released their new song called “APT.” on Friday, thrilling fans worldwide!
The song, co-produced by Bruno Mars, will also be a part of Rosé’s upcoming album “rosie.” The music video is a fun one, showing Rosé and Bruno performing like a band, singing and playing drums with big smiles on their faces.
Rosé explained the inspiration behind the song, saying, “‘APT.’ is my favorite Korean drinking game that I always play with my friends back home. It’s so easy and fun, perfect for breaking the ice at any party! One night in the studio, I taught everyone how to play, and they loved it! We even started chanting, and that’s when the idea for the song hit us. When Bruno joined in, the song just came together perfectly!”
This new song is part of a growing list of solo projects from Blackpink members, like Jennie’s “Mantra” and Lisa’s “Moonlit Floor.” Rosé’s album “rosie” is set to be released on December 6, and fans can’t wait!
