MANILA, Philippines — Visitors and residents of Boracay will soon have access to improved healthcare on the island, as Megaworld Lifestyle Malls teams up with The Medical City to build a new medical facility. This clinic will be located in Newcoast Beachwalk, part of Megaworld’s Boracay Newcoast township, and will provide emergency care, outpatient services, and specialized treatments.
The partnership was signed recently, with key representatives from both Megaworld and The Medical City present, including Megaworld CEO Kevin Tan and The Medical City Chairman Jose Xavier Gonzales.
“This medical facility is a huge step toward making Boracay a safer and healthier place, not only for locals but also for the many tourists who come to enjoy the island,” said Graham Coates, Megaworld Lifestyle Malls’ First Vice President. The Medical City brings years of experience and advanced medical care to the island, ensuring high-quality services for everyone.
Newcoast Beachwalk, where the clinic will be located, is also home to shops, restaurants, and cafés, making it a convenient stop for both healthcare and leisure.
