Kiray Celis is having an amazing time in Japan, enjoying the beautiful snow in the village of Shirakawa! The talented actress, known for her role in My Guardian Alien, shared photos of her winter adventure on Instagram.
In her post, she excitedly wrote, “Shirakawa-go! You’re so beautiful! The snow is so heavy that I had to use an umbrella! Tomorrow is our awards night in Osaka. Maybe I’ll win an award! A different kind of award! Hahaha, just kidding!”
When a fan asked if the snow was real, Kiray responded, “Yes, it’s real! The snow is really strong, and it was -4 degrees earlier!”
Kiray is in Japan to attend the Ima Wa Ima Asian International Film Festival and Entertainment Special Awards, where she’s nominated for an award. The ceremony is on December 1 at the Sumiyoshi Main Hall in Osaka.
Earlier this year, Kiray also won the Breakthrough Performance award at the Wu Wei Taipei International Film Festival for her role in the movie Malditas in Maldives. She’s becoming a big name in the industry!
Aside from her busy film career, Kiray recently starred in the GMA Prime series My Guardian Alien, alongside Marian Rivera and Gabby Concepcion. It looks like Kiray is making her mark both in the snow and in the world of entertainment!
