Joross Gamboa is refamiliarizing himself with Hong Kong as he gears up for “Hello, Love, Again.”
On Instagram, the actor shared photos taken on the streets of the city where the first film, “Hello, Love, Goodbye,” was filmed.
“Same same but different,” he captioned.
“Pakalat kalat lang kami dito hahahaha Shararawt sa mga Pinoy naming nakasalubong!” he added.
Joross recently flew to Hong Kong with co-stars Alden Richards and Jeffrey Tam.
“Hello, Love, Goodbye,” the 2019 blockbuster film followed Joy (Kathryn Bernardo) and Ethan (Alden Rochards), struggling OFWs based in Hong Kong who fell in love at the wrong time. The film ended with Joy moving to Canada for a better life. Joross and Jeffrey played Ethan’s roommates and co-workers at a bar.
In “Hello, Love, Again,” Ethan and Joy will meet in Canada. It is slated for release in the Philippines on November 13 and marks GMA Pictures and Star Cinema’s first film collaboration.
Alden called the sequel a dream come true, and Kathryn is also looking forward to more of Ethan and Joy’s love story.
