In the latest episode of Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition, Dustin Yu finally told Bianca De Vera how he feels about her. He said it was really hard for him, but he needed to say it out loud.
“I guess I don’t have any choice anymore. I have to tell you now… I like you,” Dustin confessed to Bianca.
Dustin, who is also an actor, shared that it was difficult for him to say this because it felt embarrassing. “I even told the other guys in the house. Just saying it out loud was really hard for me,” he said.
Dustin also apologized to Bianca for acting like he didn’t care about her in the past. “I’m sorry if I acted indifferent. I was surprised and I guess I just needed some time to think things through,” he added.
When Bianca heard Dustin’s confession, she immediately apologized to him as well. She said, “I want to say sorry too. You apologized first, but I know I made a bigger mistake. Last night, we were both insensitive.”
Bianca also explained that she felt jealous because some of the other housemates used to think that Dustin and AZ Martinez were a perfect couple. This made Bianca feel uncomfortable.
“I got triggered when I heard that people thought you and AZ were a couple, and then some of the housemates were teasing you two, saying how sweet you were together. I felt jealous. There was a part of me that thought you two were flirting, but I understand now. You were just doing your job, washing the dishes together,” Bianca said.
After their heart-to-heart conversation, Dustin felt a lot better. He told Big Brother, “I’m super happy now. I feel so much lighter because I got to tell her how I feel, and now everything’s clear between us.”
Fans of the show are really excited about the possibility of Dustin and Bianca becoming a couple. Their sweet moments together have led to a lot of people shipping them as a couple, even giving them the nickname “DustBia.”
Ashley Ortega, a former Pinoy Big Brother housemate, even said she supports the DustBia team, believing that Dustin and Bianca could really become a couple.
