Great news for Filipino caregivers! Thousands of job opportunities are opening up in Croatia, thanks to a special hiring program between the Philippines and Croatia.
As reported by JP Soriano on “24 Oras,” this program is part of a memorandum of cooperation signed by the two countries. The Department of Migrant Workers shared that Filipino caregivers can earn a minimum salary of up to 1,000 euros (around P62,000) per month, plus overtime pay and other benefits.
Most importantly, the agreement includes protections for Filipino workers, ensuring their rights and safety while working in Croatia. Exciting times ahead for Filipino caregivers!
