The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will start apprehending motorcycle riders using bicycle lanes on EDSA starting Monday, August 21.
According to the MMDA, motorcycle riders using the bike lanes will receive tickets for disregarding traffic signs, and will be fined P1,000.
