The Department of Health (DOH) on Wednesday registered 326 new COVID-19 cases, while the active tally dropped to 11,786.

This came a day after fewer than 200 COVID-19 cases were recorded, while the active tally went down from 12,362 on Tuesday.

The nationwide caseload is now 4,065,569, including 3,988,338 recoveries.

The National Capital Region recorded the most cases in the last two weeks with 2,754, followed by Calabarzon with 1,291; Central Luzon with 617; Western Visayas with 340; and Cagayan Valley with 262.

The death toll climbed to 65,445 with 10 new fatalities.

A total of 10,882 individuals were tested on Tuesday, and 326 testing laboratories submitted data.

The bed occupancy rate in the country stood at 19.5% on Tuesday, with 5,324 occupied and 21,979 vacant beds. —VBL, GMA Integrated News
